Cancellation Policy

Signature House value your business, in an effort to maintain a very high level of service for all our clients please review our rescheduling and cancellation requirements. We would be grateful if clients could give us at least 4 hours notice for all changes to ensure we have the time needed to offer these spaces to other clients needing our services. Clients arriving late for their appointments will only be able to have services that can be completed in the time remaining for your appointment. Clients who are a no shows will require an upfront deposit for future appointments.
